St. John the Evangelist is now accepting resumes as it begins its search for the next Principal to lead our parish school in the 2024-2025 school year and beyond.
St. John is a premier Catholic school in Severna Park, Maryland (Archdiocese of Baltimore), serving 560+ students from preschool to grade 8.
Our school shares in and serves the mission of our parish: To form disciples of Jesus Christ who joyfully live out the Gospel. We accomplish this by nurturing and sustaining the God-given gifts of every student in service to the mission of Jesus Christ and in the pursuit of academic excellence.
Building on a strong Catholic identity, an excellent academic program, and consistently high student achievement, we are looking for a passionate, strong leader who will enhance the progress made in bringing the parish's mission of evangelization and discipleship into the school and the lives of the faculty, students, and their parents.
We are searching for a principal who can foster an environment that embodies the best of Catholic education, both in its historical richness and in creative openness to new elements that cultivate faith and reason for the full human flourishing of our students.
